Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Officer to directly assist the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks and project coordination. The ideal candidate will help manage internal workflows, ensure timely execution of operational processes, follow up with different departments, and maintain a high level of organizational efficiency within the company’s brokerage operations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under supervision and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support & Task Management:
- Assist the Operations Manager in the execution, monitoring, and follow-up of daily operational tasks across departments.
- Help coordinate operational activities related to client onboarding, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and trading support.
- Track and ensure timely execution of assigned operational duties by liaising with Sales, Compliance, Customer Support, Dealing Desk, and Finance departments.
- Support the preparation and updating of internal operational procedures, manuals, and process documents.
Workflow Coordination:
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure task completion, pending actions, and escalations are addressed.
- Maintain task lists, progress reports, and operational timelines for management visibility.
- Identify minor inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to the Operations Manager.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure client account operations are performed in accordance with KYC/AML and regulatory policies.
- Assist in the documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of operational activities.
CRM and Systems Management:
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of data within the CRM system and other internal platforms.
- Monitor operational tickets, client requests, and ensure timely internal handling and responses.
Administrative Support:
- Help in scheduling operational meetings, preparing meeting notes, and circulating action items.
- Assist with basic internal reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an operation, administrative, or back-office role, preferably within Forex, CFD, or financial services.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT5) and CRM systems is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
